My background spans elite triathlon, marathon running and HYROX, but my coaching is for far more than elite athletes. I love helping everyday runners feel strong, capable and proud of what their bodies can do.

Yes. Online coaching is available Australia-wide, with communication, programming and feedback delivered remotely.

Yes. That is the point of personalised coaching. Your plan is built around your work, family, recovery and other commitments.
Basic coaching is $29/week, Intermediate is $45/week and Advanced is $65/week. Personalised strength training can be added to any tier for $10/week.
