Meet your coach

Hey, I’m Nat.

I’m a firefighter, endurance athlete and running coach who believes that great coaching is equal parts structure, honesty and genuine care.

My background spans elite triathlon, marathon running and HYROX, but my coaching is for far more than elite athletes. I love helping everyday runners feel strong, capable and proud of what their bodies can do.

I will challenge you when you need it, meet you with understanding when life gets messy and help you keep moving toward a goal that matters to you.

FAQ

Do I need to be fast to join?

Not at all. Coaching and group sessions are designed for a range of abilities. Your training is based on your current level and your goals.

Can you coach me if I do not live in Sydney?

Yes. Online coaching is available Australia-wide, with communication, programming and feedback delivered remotely.

What distances do you coach?

Everything from a first 5K through to 10K, half marathon, marathon, ultra and running support for HYROX.

Can training work around shifts and a busy schedule?

Yes. That is the point of personalised coaching. Your plan is built around your work, family, recovery and other commitments.

How much does coaching cost?

Basic coaching is $29/week, Intermediate is $45/week and Advanced is $65/week. Personalised strength training can be added to any tier for $10/week.
